Three Areas Of My Strengths
Before Graph
1. I know how to use word processing software such as Microsoft Word and Google Docs. I know all the attachments on the programs and could teach my students about them if needed.
2. I am also highly skilled at using mobile technologies such as smart phones and different tablets. I know most apps, and others I can work through my previous knowledge on mobile technologies.
3. I am very skilled at using presenatation software like PowerPoint. I know how they should be designed and how every tool on them works.

After Graph
1. I now am so advanced with my technology skills, that I can help other teachers develop technology skills, and I feel comfortable sharing my ideas related to effective use of technology with my colleagues and peers.
2. I know how to help students use digital collaboration tools to reflect and clarify their understadning of knowledge and concepts, especially using this tool with real world application.
3. I can inform students about safe practices online and relevant privacy issues. Especially with the constant growing of social media, I feel it is very important to get this concept implemented in student learning.

Three Areas For Improvement
Before Graph
1. I need to work on understanding and using web development softwares such as Dreamweaver and HTML.
2. I need to work on knowing how to truly model collaborative learning in virtual and face-to-face environments. I need to understand how to make that same connection in both environments.
3. I am not very up to date in knowing about current research on the best technology practices, and how to investigate future research on using digital tools for teaching.

After Graph
1. I am still not very good and cannot understand web development softwares such as Dreamweaver and HTML. I need to look more into those programs and study them.
2. I now know a variety of tools, but I don't know how to locate, analyze and evaluate the best information resources for teaching and learning.
3. I am not very involved and don't participate in online communitites where I can explore creative applications of technology to improve student learning.

Professional Development Goals And Proof Of Accomplishment
Before Graph Goals
1. I will learn to incorporate technology tools in a daily lesson plan, and I will make sure that these sites are educational and fullfill all the students needs and questions in that subject. These sites will have different activites and be engaging enough for the students that they enjoy these tools.
2. I will learn about differentiation with technology, and I will be able to research tools that accomodate to every student's needs. I will be able to find such tools that can make sure that nobody is excluded and cannot learn in the class.
3. I will learn about different teaching communities found online that are available to me. I will find out about these communities and see what technology tool incorporates all different teachers all over the world, and I will learn new teaching techniques from it.

After Graph Accomplishments
1. In W200, I used Khan Academy. I was assigned to screencast a certain website that embodies all of the qualities in my first goal, and I found that Khan Academy is a great tool that I can incorporate into my future class. This site has thousands of educational videos that cover a variety of subjects, and are educationally satisfying. This website is great for integreation becuase students are engaged in the short timed videos, and it allows teachers to focus more of their attention on the harder subjects that may need more of the face-to-face teaching.
2. In W200, during one of my class preps I came across the tool MathTalk. I think MathTalk is a perfect description of my second goal for the class. MathTalk allows students to say the math problem and how to solve it, and the program will comprehend and translate the equations and answers onto the screen. This cancels out the need for students to write or type out the equations themselves. Instead of the traditional think of the problem in your head, writing the material on the paper and solving the problem this program allows the special needs, or anyone who's using this tool, to process the information as they receive it without having to worry about getting distracted when writing the material down. This tool is a very inspiring words to answers programming that doesn't exclude students who cannot write or get distracted before they can write anything down. This tool would be a great integration in the classroom so students can realize their potential and just how truly smart they are.
3. In W200, one of our class preps was designed around personal learning networks. Out of the many personal learning networks such as twitter, blogs, social bookmarking, Linkedln, Google+, etc. I found that the casts were the most influential on me and summed up my third goal in one tool. Casts include podcasts, screencasts and vidcasts and they connect teacher from all over the world as experts who have been teaching for years share their wisdom at a certain time every week, month, etc. One of the most interesting casts I found while investigating these tools was TEDx talks. These videos covered just about every topic I could think of and were a vast resource for me as a teacher. These videos helped me understand their teaching methods and why students learn in many different ways.
